“Tim Moore has coached travel soccer for nearly 4 years, including ages 10-13. He believes in player development first, seeking to help each player improve their technical ability and grow their tactical minds. Soccer is a game – and should be fun, even when in a competitive environment. Tim’s philosophy matches that of the Jupiter United club, seeking ways to let players play in every position, play in environments where they can be challenged, and have fun playing the game. Tim enjoys building relationships with his players and is an avid fan of soccer, particularly Chelsea in the English Premiere League, Seattle in the MLS, and Barcelona in the Spanish league. Tim has his FYSA “F” and “E” licenses, as well as his U12 Youth Coaching certificate. Additional certificates for goalkeeping and a FYSA “D” license will be obtained in 2012-2013.” |

Qualification – E License, Coral Springs Youth Soccer Association Coach, Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association Coach, Jupiter Sting Competitive Soccer Coach and Director of Travel Program, and Jupiter United SC Coach and Director of Travel Program.
Philosophy – Practice makes perfect. Games are an extension of our weekly training sessions. I strive to provide a positive environment where every player has the opportunity to develop to their fullest potential. I will look to leverage a player’s strengths and build upon areas where they have opportunity. The training environment will be challenging both physically and mentally with a focus on repetition and number of touches. With a focus on individual player development in both technical and tactical ability I believe the team development and success will be a result of focus on the individual player development. The team will only be as good as the sum of all players. |

I hold an E-License, an F-License and a U10-U12 module certificate for coaching. I also hold an 8-License as a referee. I have coached 30 seasons of soccer. This will be my 2nd season as a Travel coach. I played soccer for over 35 years. I was a starter throughout high school and was a starter for the 1984 Mississippi Colligate Champion- University of Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles. Some of my most memorable experiences were playing in the men’s open leagues in Oklahoma, where I got to play against several gentlemen who played for their national teams. I love soccer and hope to pass that on to you and your children. |
