U6 Game Rules
- Ball size 3
- Two teams 3-3, no goalkeepers
- Substitutions are unlimited at any stoppage of play
- Each player shall play a minimum of 50% of playing time
- Duration of the game shall be 4 x 8 minute quarters. 2 mins between quarters and a 5 minute half time.
- All free kicks are direct with opponents 4 yards from the ball. Same with kick offs.
- No throw-ins, but "kick ins" and are considered a free kick.
- No offsides.
- Coach explains all infringements briefly to offending player.
- No cards.
- No penalty kicks.
- Goal kicks taken within 2-3 yards of goal line, anywhere along the goal line.
- Corner kicks taken within 1 yard from corner and considered free kick.
There shall be no referee for U6 games. A Coach or parent will supervise the game for safety sake. "Do-overs" should be a regular occurrence allowed by the adult supervising the game. If coaches are supervising they should switch at the end of each quarter.
U8 Game Rules
- All games will be played with a size 3 ball.
- Two teams 4-4, no goalkeepers.
- Substitutions are unlimited at any stoppage of play.
- Each player shall play a minimum of 50% of game time.
- Duration of the game shall be 4 x 12 minute quarters. 2 mins between quarters and a 5 minute half time.
- All free kicks are direct with opponents 4 yards from the ball. Same with kick offs.
- Throw in may be retaken once, then possession given to opposing team.
- No offsides.
- Coach explains infringement briefly to offending player.
- No cards. If player is misbehaving ref shall bring to attention of coach.
- No penalty kicks.
- Goal kicks taken within 2-3 yards of goal line, anywhere along the goal line.
- Corner kicks taken within 1 yard from corner and considered a free kick.

U10 Game Rules
- All games will be played with a size 4 ball.
- Two teams 6-6 of which one shall be a goalkeeper.
- Substitutions are unlimited at any stoppage of play. No substitutions during the last 5 minutes of the game except for injury.
- Each player shall play a minimum of 50% of game time.
- Duration of the game shall be 2 x 25 minute halves with a 5 minute halftime. There will be a 2 minute water break at a neutral stoppage in play midway through each half. (Non-attacking throw-in, goal kick, kick off or injury)
- Free kicks, conform to FIFA with opponents 8 yards from the ball.
- Throw-ins, conform to FIFA, no retakes.
- No offsides.
- Fouls and misconducts conform to FIFA with the exception the goalkeeper cannot 'punt' the ball from his/her penalty area into the opponent's penalty area. The infraction is punished by an indirect free kick to the opposing team taken from the center mark on the halfway line.
- Cards may be issued by the referee, including issuing cards to coaches. Ref briefly explains infringement to offending player.
- Penalty kicks conform to FIFA. Penalty mark 8 yards from the midpoint of the goalposts.
- Goal kicks, conform to FIFA.
- Corner kicks, conform to FIFA with the exception opposing players 8 yards from the ball.
A grade 8 or higher center referee will officiate the game. If both coaches agree, club or parent linesmen may be used at the discretion of the referee. Linesmen only determine ball out of play, center ref signals direction of throw-in. The rule to not allow substitutions during last 5 minutes of the game is to eliminate unsporting excessive substitutions to time waste during close games.
U12 Game Rules
- Ball size 4.
- Two teams 8-8 of which one shall be a goalkeeper.
- Substitutions are unlimited at throw-ins, goal kicks, kick offs and for injury. No substitutions during last 5 minutes of game except for injury.
- Duration of the game shall be 2 x 30 minute halves with a 5 minute half time. There will be a 2 minute water break at a neutral stoppage in play midway through each half. (Non-attacking throw-in, goal kick, kick off or injury)

- Throw-ins, conform to FIFA, no retakes.
